WAFIOS Looks Back on a Successful wire & Tube Show in Düsseldorf

On April 4 - 8, the leading fair of the wire- and tube-processing industry - the wire & Tube show - took place in Düsseldorf, Germany.

Under the motto "Smart Factory 4.0 - Experience Tomorrow's Production Today", WAFIOS AG presented the latest developments and ideas relating to the hot topic of Industry 4.0.

Alongside the many new developments, WAFIOS was specifically looking to speak to customers and visitors about concepts, ideas and requirements for the networked production processes of the future. The company also presented ideas and solutions on selected machines from the fields of springs, wires, and tubes. The most important industry event of the year, of course, also featured machines and world premieres.

WAFIOS used the occasion to showcase 30 new developments on two booths, on an exhibition surface of 2,500 sqm. Dr. Uwe-Peter Weigmann and Dr. Christoph Müller-Mederer, members of the WAFIOS Executive Board, are highly satisfied with the fair, both with regard to visitors and the record number of new projects.
