The FSE makes it both easy and economical for spring makers to make the transition from old mechanical coilers to the very intuitive  touch-screen operator interface of this state-of-the-art CNC coiler. These highly accurate and reliable compression spring coilers are controlled by an industrial quality computer with touch-screen display. 

FSE machines are low-cost, high-speed coilers for right and left hand coiled compression springs. They have parallel and vertical cut capabilities plus standard equipment mandrel retraction.

FSE users are particularly pleased with the very effective FSE touch-screen interface and its graphic, quick-setup format. Cylindrical and shaped springs are easily programmed simply by entering the actual spring dimensions into a representational spring graphic.

The initial input is limited to wire diameter, spring length, pitch, and major and minor coil diameters. This data creates a dimensional set-up program that can then be modified refined or expanded if necessary, according to the application.

Optional capacitance or optical length gauges are available for all models, with SPC control software. Two-way and three-way spring sorters are currently available for models 13 through 43.
