As of March 1, 2005 the WAFIOS Group takes over the "Kieserling" cold header program from SCHUMAG AG. These machines will supplement the WAFIOS cold header program located at Formatech GmbH , Willich-Muenchheide, Germany.

These reliable machines have already been well introduced to the market and thus complement the existing product range ideally. The WAFIOS Group is thereby strengthening its market position in the multi-station cold header sector considerably. It becomes the largest German supplier in this market segment.

The WAFIOS Group aims to expand its market position in the cold heading sector and strives for market leadership by consequently improving and innovating products.
