The new model WSR 3 ring coiler and welder is a very high speed machine that is also capable of fast product change. and uses a very simple and inexpensive electrode design. The machine can produce welded circular, plane wire rings in the range of 3.3 to 40 inches diameter, at high output rates.

Model LRS 2 is a medium duty machine for coiling and welding circular rings from round wire. It is an economical and productive unit for small and medium volume production requirements.
 

BM Series machines are versatile, accurate and efficient CNC bending machines that can be fitted with optional in-line butt welding stations suitable for automatic production of welded circular rings, frames and wire forms.  They also produce simple or complex 2D & 3D wire forms, using standard tooling.
