Those original machines
required a good deal of time and skill to setup and change over to a new
spring design, but now, WAFIOS introduces a new ZO generation with
higher output speed, shorter setup times and even better
precision. The new ZO machines combine modern servodrive technology and
a simplified operator interface, with the proven looping head design of
the original ZO series. In fact, looping heads from existing ZO machines
can also be used on the new system.
The
ZO series is driven by 18 servo motors and can be easily
programmed via touch-screen input which greatly accelerates product
changeover and resetting. Despite its high output, the ZO 23 offers an
optional electronic spring testing scale with integrated SPC and sorting
chute, that can provide 100% spring force control. The ZO
series is available in one, or two- point coiling configurations. |
