FSE
13

The FSE 13 processes smaller wire diameters (.006-.032inch) into right
and left hand coiled compression springs. It has six, CNC axes and two pairs of infeed rollers.
The
stronger infeed is very helpful when coiling the maximum wire diameter
and for smaller coiling ratios. This infeed is so important because the typical coil ratio or index, of
many miniature springs is becoming smaller and smaller.
The version FSE 13 S includes an inline
spring end grinder employing CBN wheels. |
