These seven very capable coilers
have standard and optional features that can optimize them for a variety of
critical spring coiling applications.
Multi-cut is
standard equipment on machines up to .275 inch (7 mm) diameter. Machines
with this feature can alternately run with rotary, vertical and torsion
break cut-off modes.
Optical length measuring,
control and sorting is standard equipment on machines up to .177 inch (4.5
mm) diameter high tensile spring wire.
The optional PTP initial
tension control is available for wire up to .275 inch (7 mm) diameter. |
These six coilers are an economical choice to replace mechanical spring coilers
at reasonable cost, and also a good choice when a dedicated coiler is
required for special tasks such as serving a production line.
These machines have a vertical
cut-off mode.
They can be equipped with
optional optical or capacitance type spring length measuring, control and
sorting systems.
Ths S version includes an
inline spring grinding machine for coiling and grinding in one step.
