The
popular BM series employs a unique but well proven method of 3-D wire
bending that yields high levels of accuracy, efficiency and versatility,
with simple low-cost tooling.
Both simple and complex wire forms are produced economically and can be
quickly and easily set-up and made complete, in one operation. Standard BM
design features make it possible to accurately form a very wide range of
wire forms, with standard tooling and only
standard equipment.
All bending and cutting elements are floor-mounted and therefore amply
sized, firmly fixed and highly accessible for tool change or maintenance.

BM machines can also be equipped with an impressive array
of optional inline features, including very effective rotary
straightening, chamfering, transfer and buttwelding, and secondary
production cells for upsetting, threading and other processes.
